Kent College is located in the Annex area of downtown area and, fortunately,  there are many accommodation options in this vibrant community.  If you would like more information on our location - Click Here.

What you can expect

If you are looking for shared accommodations and don't mind living with 1 or 2 of your classmates, you will probably be able to find something for around $500.00-$600/mth.  If you are looking for a bachelor apartment, you will probably be able to find something between $750/mth - $1200.00/mth
